Bishop Dr. Gerald A. Moore and Pastor Carolyn W. Moore serve as pastors and founders of Emmanuel Empowerment Ministry, a non-denominational organization based in Stedman, North Carolina. They are licensed and ordained through the United Association of Christian Counselors and Chaplains International and hold licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina. In addition to officiating weddings, funerals, and baptisms, Bishop Dr. Moore serves as the senior pastor of Emmanuel Empowerment Ministry and presiding Bishop of Covenant Christian Deliverance Ministries Inc. Together, they are devoted leaders, chosen and anointed by God to reach the lost and support those in need, fulfilling the Great Commission as articulated in Matthew 28:19.

The Moore's possess a particular anointing in various areas, including marriage, men’s and women’s ministries, singles’ support, financial guidance, deliverance, and family life. They are certified Theophostic prayer ministers and Crown Financial budget counselors. As a couple, they are dedicated to restoring relationships within families and marriages, standing united in their mission to heal these bonds according to the teachings of Scripture. Under their guidance, many families and marriages have experienced healing and restoration through the ministry of Emmanuel Empowerment Ministry. As a dynamic pastoral team, they convey God's word with compassion, ensuring it is accessible and comprehensible. For over 20 years, they have faithfully taught the truths of Scripture, creating an environment conducive to addressing the needs of individuals across all age groups.

Their journey reflects a deep commitment to serving others, with a focus on nurturing spiritual growth and fostering a sense of community.
