Bishop Dr. Gerald A. Moore and Pastor Carolyn W. Moore serve as pastors and founders of Emmanuel Empowerment Ministry, a non-denominational organization based in Stedman, North Carolina. They are licensed and ordained through the United Association of Christian Counselors and Chaplains International and hold licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina. In addition to officiating weddings, funerals, and baptisms, Bishop Dr. Moore serves as the senior pastor of Emmanuel Empowerment Ministry and presiding Bishop of Covenant Christian Deliverance Ministries Inc. Together, they are devoted leaders, chosen and anointed by God to reach the lost and support those in need, fulfilling the Great Commission as articulated in Matthew 28:19.
The Moore's possess a particular anointing in various areas, including marriage, men’s and women’s ministries, singles’ support, financial guidance, deliverance, and family life. They are certified Theophostic prayer ministers and Crown Financial budget counselors.
